Job Description
The Director of Infrastructure and Operations oversees the delivery and management of all IT infrastructure and operations that support the University’s academic and business functions. This role leads the transformation of I&O, including its strategy, services, and workforce, while aligning these efforts with the University’s broader IT strategy. As a senior IT leader, the Director ensures that I&O contributes to the overall success of the University by driving operational excellence and maximizing value through effective resource utilization, people management, and strategic planning
Salary: 190k

Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years in an IT role
• Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Preferred)
• INFRASTRUCTURE experience
• Strong Networking/Server experience
• 5+ years in a supervisory/management role – ability to develop and communicate an infrastructure and operations vision tat inspires and motivates staff and aligns with University strategy
• Deep understanding of current and emerging IT architecture and infrastructure technologies and practices
• Experience with planning the expansion and maintenance of a computing infrastructure
• Proficiency in cloud technologies
• Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning
• Experience developing infrastructure as code automation
• Experience in IT capacity planning
