Insight Global is assisting a large cybersecurity and bug bounty company of ours in identifying a contract Lead Compensation Analyst to fill a gap they have for the next 3 to 6 months. There may be conversion potential for the right candidate as well but it is not guaranteed at this moment. As a Lead Compensation Analyst, you will serve as a
subject matter expert responsible for designing, analyzing, and operating scalable compensation programs that support a global workforce. In this role, you will partner closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure
compensation programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned to business outcomes. You will help shape compensation frameworks, lead critical annual processes such as merit and promotion cycles, and provide expert analysis that informs pay decisions across the
organization.
● Lead global compensation benchmarking and market pricing using a Data-Driven Decision Making approach, analyzing internal and external data to ensure HackerOne’s compensation programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned to business strategy.
● Design and support scalable compensation frameworks through First Principles
Problem Solving, breaking down complex pay structures and rebuilding simple, durable solutions that support global growth and evolving organizational needs.
● Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and business leaders to guide compensation decisions, deliver analysis, and implement compensation programs that
support hiring, retention, and performance outcomes.
● Lead operational execution of global compensation cycles—including merit, promotion, and off-cycle adjustments—ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment across the
organization

Required Skills & Experience
● 8–12 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or related analytical roles
within global or multi-national organizations.
● Demonstrated experience managing global compensation programs including market
pricing, benchmarking, and compensation cycle administration.
● Strong analytical capabilities with experience using compensation data, market surveys,
and workforce data to inform compensation strategy and decisions.
● Experience partnering with HR, Finance, and business leaders to deliver compensation
analysis and support compensation planning processes.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
● Direct experience supporting sales compensation or incentive plan design in a SaaS or technology company.
● Experience administering compensation cycles for organizations with 500–2,000+ employees.
● Experience working with global compensation frameworks across multiple regions and currencies.
● Familiarity with compensation planning tools, HRIS platforms, and modern analytics or AI-enabled tools
Act as a subject matter expert within the Total Rewards function, mentoring peers and contributing to the development of scalable compensation practices across the People organization.
