Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Program Specialist to work for a retailer in Beaverton, Oregon. This person will collaborate with teammates and technical subject matter experts to support creation and facilitation of new and existing training programs and plans based on technical priorities and needs. They will play a supporting role in launching new technical training courses and experiences created by the team, including instructor-led classroom, eLearning, virtual, and immersion training. The goal is to aid learners in acquiring knowledge, skills, and proficiencies in an effective and engaging manner that best supports organizational and business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4+ years of experience in a role of similar capacity
- Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize, and deliver outcomes.
- Ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to research and resolve problems and initiative to identify and address needs.
- Dynamic self-starter and strong results orientation.
