Job Description
This role supports two major Community Impact initiatives within Corporate Community Responsibility (CCR): Global Month of Volunteering (GMV) and the Education Campaign. GMV is a large annual, employee-led volunteering campaign, activating 100,000+ employees across 50+ countries to support thousands of nonprofit and community organizations. The Education Campaign, led in partnership with this Community Impact and Education & Skills programs, focuses on expanding access to education and career pathways for students from underserved and underrepresented communities.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of relevant experience in program coordination, operations, reporting, or campaign support
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and synthesis skills
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables) and reporting templates
• Ability to translate data into clear, executive‑level narratives
• Experience creating and distributing templates, reports, toolkits, and documentation
• Track and report on volunteer participation, hours, and impact metrics
• Support day‑to‑day execution of a global campaign
• Document regional feedback, including cultural differences and operational gaps
• Support stakeholder communications and campaign operations
• Assist with translation workflows using approved tools
Excellent written communication; highly organized; comfortable supporting global, cross‑functional teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred Skills:
• Experience supporting large-scale or global campaigns
• Background in CSR, community impact, nonprofit partnerships, or employee engagement
• Experience in large, matrixed organizations
• Prior contingent or contract experience
Translation & Language Requirements:
• English fluency required
• Experience using translation tools across 10+ languages
• Fluency in additional languages not required
Tools & Technology:
• Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, reporting, analysis)
• PowerPoint (executive summaries and campaign reporting)
• Internal volunteer platforms and reporting tools
