Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Workday Recruit Analyst to support one of its largest clients in the life sciences space. The Workday Recruit Analyst will support the Recruiting workstream by coordinating testing and validation of end-to-end recruiting processes (req creation through hire/offer), preparing scenarios and evidence, logging and tracking issues in Jira, and reporting progress to functional leads. They will work closely with TA stakeholders to ensure workflows are intuitive, compliant, and stable, and drive issue resolution through triage and retesting.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years supporting Workday Recruiting on enterprise programs
Active Workday certification in Recruiting (customer/partner certified)
Experience coordinating testing (SIT/UAT/E2E) for recruiting workflows and outcomes
Strong Jira skills for defect logging, test result tracking, and reporting
Experience partnering with Talent Acquisition stakeholders (recruiters, HR, COEs)
Strong business acumen and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Workday HCM certification
Experience with recruiting-related integrations (background check, job boards, offers)
Divestiture/carve-out experience supporting TA continuity during separation
Experience validating payroll-related data and integrations
