Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Scheduler to support large-scale EPC and construction projects within the energy infrastructure sector. This role will play a critical part in developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules for complex construction initiatives, with a strong preference for experience in substations and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of schedule ownership within EPC, construction, or preconstruction environments, demonstrates long-term tenure with prior employers, and is highly proficient in schedule analytics and impact assessment.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop, maintain, and manage fully integrated project schedules across EPC and construction lifecycles
· Perform time impact analyses, schedule risk assessments, and recovery planning to support project execution
· Utilize historical project data to inform schedule logic, durations, and sequencing
· Support permit-driven schedules, ensuring regulatory milestones are accurately incorporated
· Collaborate with project managers, construction managers, engineering, and procurement teams to validate schedule inputs
· Track progress, analyze variances, and produce schedule forecasts and executive-level reporting
· Maintain schedule integrity and governance throughout all project phases

Required Skills & Experience
Required Qualifications
· 5+ years of project scheduling experience, with at least 3 years at the same organization (long-term tenure strongly preferred)
· Background in EPC, construction, or preconstruction scheduling environments
· Advanced proficiency in:
o OPC
o Oracle Primavera P6 (required)
o Microsoft Project
· Strong experience performing time impact analysis and schedule delay evaluations
· Demonstrated ability to build schedules from early-phase planning through execution
· Experience working with owner, contractor, and subcontractor schedule inputs
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred Experience (Major Plus)
· Direct experience supporting substation and/or BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) projects
· Prior experience with large, complex infrastructure or energy projects
Experience working with or for major EPC firms or large general contractors
