Job Description
A large software company is seeking an Employee Success Specialist to join their Tier 2 support team for the Employee Relations COE. The primary areas of focus are medical and religious accommodations, performance management support for employees and managers, and policy guidance with disciplinary guidance. This role supports a high‑volume, employee‑facing case environment and serves as the escalation point for the Tier I team.
Responsibilities
Provides guidance and direction to employees and managers regarding company HR policies and procedures that champions the company’s vision, values and culture.
Provides front-line support in the prevention and resolution of employee questions or concerns.
Recommends effective solutions and takes appropriate actions to address workplace concerns, and escalates as applicable to Employee Relations Managers for further investigation.
Supports business partners on employee inquiries by interpreting policies and providing consistent practices.
Creates and implements internal team procedures while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimizations.
Maintains accurate, timely, and required documentation of activities to ensure quality employee records and metrics.
Collaborates with other centers of excellence such as Employee Relations, Benefits, and Talent Development.
Consults and builds relationships with all levels of operational management and HR team members.
Routinely exercises sound judgment and expertise within broadly defined policies and practices.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience consulting on human resources policies and processes with employees and managers
Prior experience as an HR Generalist; prior Employee Relations (performance management, coaching, employee/manager guidance, workplace accommodations) experience ideal
Prior experience in a centralized HR department or shared services organization preferred
Experience with case management systems and Workday preferred
Ability to manage a high volume of employee cases
Experience applying company policies and procedures
Strong conflict resolution skills
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment
Strong professional verbal and written communications
