Job Description
· Calculate and process sales commissions and other variable compensation based on company compensation plans.
· Utilize client invoices to calculate malpractice expenses in accordance with company guidelines.
· Review and analyze sales and payroll data to support accurate incentive compensation calculations.
· Maintain and update commission trackers, ensuring payouts are accurate and complete.
· Assist with reconciliation of gross margin and commission-related accounts.
· Support ad hoc reporting and analysis for leadership.
Respond to internal inquiries related to margins, commission payouts, deductions, and calculations.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of accounting/finance experience
Excel- Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF formulas, SUM
Experience with large Erp- sage intact or net suite
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Commission processing experience
