Job Description
The Warehouse Associate supports all core warehouse functions, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, put-away, replenishment, forklift operation, and inventory control. This role ensures accurate handling of inbound and outbound materials, maintains a clean and organized work environment, and interacts with multiple departments to support daily operations. Responsibilities include operating forklifts and RF scanners, verifying incoming shipments, preparing outgoing orders, and following all safety and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate proficiency with warehouse management systems and inventory tracking tools to support operational accuracy and efficiency.
This role will pay $18-20/hr based on experience.

Required Skills & Experience
• Ability to lift, move, and handle equipment or materials weighing up to 100 lbs. with or without assistance.
• Minimum six months of experience in distribution, warehouse operations, or manufacturing environments.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Experience using RF scanners, inventory systems, and warehouse management tools.
• Experience working with ERP systems preferred; SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Basic math skills and ability to accurately complete documentation and shipping records.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), shipping software, and inventory tracking systems.
