Insight Global is seeking an experienced Asphalt Screed Operator to join our clients paving crew. The Asphalt Screed Operator is responsible for operating and controlling the screed on an asphalt paving machine to ensure proper mat thickness, smoothness, and overall quality in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.

2+ years of experience
Any FDOT/DOT experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Proven experience as an Asphalt Screed Operator or similar paving role
Strong understanding of asphalt paving techniques, grades, and tolerances
Ability to read and follow project plans, specifications, and grade stakes
Experience operating various asphalt pavers and screed systems preferred
