Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Software Developer for a leading title insurance company. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining in‑house applications and collaborating with teams to understand business requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Project Managers, stakeholders, and the Software Architect to define requirements and ensure alignment with best practices and system design.
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects with Analysts.
- Participate in Agile standups and demos.
- Provide accurate estimates for planning.
- Support network functions as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 7 years development work experience
• Proficiency in developing applications using C# and ASP.NET
• Proficiency with client-side development using JavaScript, HTML
• Proficiency with database design and development using MSSQL Server
• Strong understanding of OO design patterns including MVVM
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently in accordance with established parameters.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in IT, computer systems or technology
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience/Familiarity with Telerik Kendo UI and Azure Devops an asset –
- AI tools is an asset
- Insurance background
