Job Description

A major cloud computing company's Content Studio is seeking experienced Localization Operations Contractors to support global content localization initiatives. You'll play a critical role in coordinating multi-language content delivery across 13+ languages, supporting high-impact marketing campaigns that drive significant business results.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years experience in localization operations, translation
project management, or marketing operations
- Demonstrated experience coordinating multi-language
projects (5+ languages)
- Strong technical skills with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign,
Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience preparing files for translation/localization
workflows
- Proficiency with project management tools (Workfront
experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent coordination skills with ability to manage multiple
concurrent projects
- Experience with vendor coordination and communication
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting
ability

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of right-to-left language formatting requirements
• Experience with marketing content types: eBooks, paid media, email campaigns, video content
• Familiarity with localization workflows and quality processes
• Experience in technology or B2B marketing environments
• Understanding of localization industry standards (XLIFF, TMX, etc.)
• Experience with video production and subtitle workflows (Kaltura experience a plus)
