Software Engineer AI role designs, develops and deploys cutting-edge Decision Intelligence and AI-enabled products that transform healthcare delivery. This role directly impacts patient care, team member and patient experience, clinical and back-office operations, and the financial health of our system.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:

· Bachelor’s degree, 6+ years of experience in full stack software engineering, AI/ML, or related fields.
1 year in Data Science or AI
Experience with or understanding of process for deploying AI/ML models to cloud platforms (e.g.,
AWS, GCP, Azure)
· Proficiency in at least one common programming language, such as Python or Java.
· Familiarity with modern AI concepts and patterns, such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation
(RAG) and working with LLM APIs.
· Designing and building user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React
or Angular.
· Good understanding of cloud computing concepts, containerization (e.g., Docker), and DevOps
practices.
· Experience working with semi-structured file formats (e.g., JSON, XML) and NoSQL databases.
· Understanding layers of software stack including API design, development and production
deployment at scale.
· Familiarity with building data pipelines and working with large-scale structured and unstructured
data.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses:
· Experience developing prototypes and iterating on solutions.
· Experience with AI application frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
· Familiarity with Responsible AI principles, such as fairness, bias mitigation, and model
explainability.
· Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks like React or
Angular).
· Experience in the healthcare industry or knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security rules.
