Insight Global is seeking an experienced NDT II Inspector to support our client in Norfolk, VA. The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, performing weld inspections, ensuring the accuracy of the work, inspecting completed material parts to ensure quality, and completing required documentation, which will be reviewed for accuracy and clarity. It is an expectation that the right candidate will thoroughly communicate with their team members, peers, and leadership while taking pride in their work. The hours for this role are: Monday – Friday, 6 AM – 2:30 PM, 7 AM – 3:30 PM, or 8 AM – 4:30 PM. The salary ranges between $70-$75k/year.

Required Skills & Experience
3-5 years of experience as an NDT Inspector.
Holds a VT certificate.
Experience in inspecting materials in accordance with NAVSEA & AWS standards.
Knowledgeable at reviewing work packages, interpreting schematics, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Experience working with steel and aluminum as primary materials.

PT Certification
Costpoint experience
Background as a Welder/Brazer
