Job Description

We are seeking a hands on Maintenance Technician to support the reliability and performance of industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on mechanical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair of production and facility systems. The ideal candidate is comfortable diagnosing equipment issues, working with tools, and supporting line down situations to minimize downtime.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of hands on experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or mechanical repair environments
- Demonstrated mechanical troubleshooting experience (not just machine operation)
- Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments
- Experience working on interconnected systems (e.g., conveyors, production lines, material handling equipment)
- Basic mechanical math and understanding of mechanical principles
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs and work in an industrial environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, or Electro Mechanical experience
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, or basic electrical systems
- Technical training, trade school, or mechanical certifications
- Familiarity with PLCs, schematics, CMMS systems, or welding/fabrication
- Forklift or industrial equipment certifications
