Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a install technician in the Norfolk, Virginia area. This install technician will be needed to support the installation, testing, and optimization of customer systems at residential and commercial locations. This role is customer‑facing and hands‑on, requiring technical aptitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality service. The Install Technician will work collaboratively with customers and internal teams to ensure systems are installed safely, function properly, and meet customer needs.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites
High school diploma or equivalent

Experience working in residential or commercial customer environments
