Job Description
• Serve as a senior-level Technical BA resource within the GRC domain and support the MetricStream GRC platform
• Partner closely with business stakeholders and vendors to elicit and refine requirements that enable development teams to design and deliver capabilities aligned to business needs
• Facilitate discussions between business and development teams to clarify requirements and address questions
• Document and maintain requirements, use cases, process flows, assumptions, and related artifacts
• Gather and catalog functional, non-functional, and technical requirements
• Collaborate with System Engineers and Developers to define strategies for technical solutions
• Support efforts to mature the platform with the long-term goal of decommissioning legacy components
• Contribute to the build-out of new application functionality within the GRC environment
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies related to requirements and solution design
• Assist with application testing, troubleshooting, and test planning
• Help configure and validate test solutions to ensure functional and system needs are met
• Provide Level 1/2 support to end users as needed
Create, maintain, and present training materials for end users

Required Skills & Experience
• 5–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Technical BA
• Excellent documentation skills with experience creating business process flows, use case diagrams, and functional requirements
• Proficient in designing, developing, and executing test cases
• Agile experience
• Strong ability to facilitate discussions between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Experience driving requirement artifacts including process flows, capability requirements, assumptions, and related documentation
• Experience working within GRC platforms, preferably MetricStream (alternative: ServiceNow)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Previous Banking experience
• Experience supporting migration projects and legacy system decommission efforts
