Job Description
My client in the clinical trial support industry is looking for an Travel Relations Processor to join their team remotely. This individual will be responsible for coordinating travel and other accommodations for all individuals participating in the clinical trials. This will include, but not be limited to - arranging flights, booking hotels, calling taxis, etc. It is important that this person is personable, patient, detail oriented and professional.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer)
- Experience working with software platforms (they use Salesforce)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Salesforce (very much preferred)
- Experience working with foreign currency's
- Experience in travel/hospitality industry
