Job Description

A client is seeking a Business Analyst to support a short-term initiative focused on developing project playbooks for 30+ application workstreams. The BA will work closely with a wide range of IT application teams to gather, analyze, and document processes needed to build standardized playbooks for future hospital acquisitions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience collaborating with IT application teams and engaging comfortably with managers, directors, and application analysts
• Can translate technical information into clear, understandable terms
• Proficient in leveraging AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to sort and summarize historical documentation from prior hospital acquisitions
• Can adapt quickly to new information and diverse documentation sources
• Can review historical project schedules and work with technical SMEs and HealthIT personnel to extract necessary details for playbook creation
• Can manage time effectively, lead fact finding and document review sessions, and communicate via email, phone, and MS Teams
• Proficient using MS365 applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and related tools

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

PMI PBA, PMP, or equivalent professional certifications
