Job Description
Insight Global is seeking 2 Financial Analysts for a healthcare client in Phoenix to support day‑to‑day financial operations by analyzing monthly results, preparing variance analyses, and assisting with operating and capital budgets for assigned departments. The role partners closely with clinical and non‑clinical leaders to interpret financial performance, answer questions, and provide actionable insights, while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of reports, forecasts, and models. This analyst collaborates cross‑functionally to resolve data issues, improve reporting processes, and support leadership presentations, spending three days per week on‑site to work directly with hospital teams in a contract‑to‑hire capacity.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Ability to analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports
Minimum 3 years' experience with the following:
Rate approvals, pricing analysis, or margin analysis
Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, financial models)
Background with financial systems (ERP, budgeting, or reporting tools)
Partnering with operations, accounting, and leadership teams
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage large datasets accurately
- Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, regulated environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience in healthcare financial analysis (provider, payer, or healthcare services environment)
- Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycles, reimbursement models, and payer contracts
- Google Sheets
- Lawson to Workday ERP Migration
