The Operations Analyst will support the oversight of residential mortgage portfolios by reviewing and analyzing servicer remittance files, preparing data for the internal database, and performing detailed reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
This role includes assisting with monthly advances, fee-based audits, expense allocations, and management reporting. The analyst will process and code vendor invoices in Workday Financial, maintain expense schedules, and manage monthly deal activity bookings.
They will communicate directly with servicers to resolve discrepancies, partner cross-functionally to support accurate reporting, and identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation and process improvements. The role also provides support on ad-hoc projects and team initiatives as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics or other similar degrees
- Proficient in Excel (consolidating data, VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables, etc.)
- Basic workday, data reconciliation, and invoicing skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Knowledge/experience with Workday Financial
- Residential mortgage service industry experience
- Experience with automated reporting tools (Alteryx, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar)
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools
