Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a construction specialist in Florida to assist with and oversee the entirety of construction phases for a large industrial and government project and on location in South Florida. We are seeking a temp-to-hire consultant with conversion salary around $85,000-100,000 depending on level of experience and performance. Daily responsibilities will include:
· Pre-bid & planning phase
· Execution Phase
· Close-out Phase
Additional responsibilities will include:
· Assisting VDC and BIM planning
· Performing estimating tasks, quantity take-offs, and cost analysis for future projects.
Participate in bid-day quote tabulations and job walks

Required Skills & Experience

· 3+ years of construction management experience in managing entirety of construction phases (planning, execution, close-out)
· Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related
Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, and project documentation

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

· Experience with Water/Wastewater project management for new build, expansion, and rehab
· Virtual Design Construction (VDC) and/or Building Intelligence Modeling (BIM) experience
Advanced scheduling, cost analysis, and risk management
