Job Description
We are seeking a highly seasoned Lead Salesforce Architect to serve as the primary Salesforce architectural authority within a large, multi-workstream enterprise transformation program. This individual will step into a highly visible environment supporting four parallel Scrum teams delivering new business workflows across Life and Annuity operations, with upcoming expansion into Agency Services.
The architect will act as:
- The Salesforce voice at the enterprise table
- The senior design authority for complex workflow and integration decisions
- A visible leader capable of defending and articulating solution design to executive and operational stakeholders
- A shepherd and technical guide for delivery teams
This role replaces and expands upon prior architectural coverage and requires both deep hands-on Salesforce expertise and executive-level consulting presence.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years in Salesforce architecture and enterprise solution design
- Technical & Functional
Deep experience in:
- Salesforce case management
- Financial Services Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Complex workflow implementations
- Multi-team Agile delivery environments
Proven ability to:
- Translate business operations into technical architecture
- Operate in both strategic and hands-on design layers (“high-level vision” and “in the weeds”)
Experience defending designs in executive-level forums
