Job Description

Insight Global’s client is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join their team in Midland, TX! The Electrical Engineer will provide technical advisement and hands-on design support for a variety of electrical engineering projects primarily within the oil field industry. This role is primarily focused on electrical system design and modeling of power line systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver technical advisement on engineering projects.
• Design and model electrical systems, including data conversions and system simulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Degree in Electrical Engineering OR professional experience in Load flow studies or safety electrical studies
• Willing to obtain PE or EIT certification

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• PE or EIT certification
• Familiarity with modeling tools and data conversion processes
• Experience with E-Tap Software
