Job Description
Provide leadership, direction, and strategy for ERP, BI, data engineering, and AI functions.
Develop and maintain a multi‑year technology roadmap aligned with corporate growth, acquisitions, and operational priorities.
Oversee the design, implementation, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and other corporate functions.
Lead ERP process standardization, modernization, and optimization initiatives.
Build, mentor, and manage high‑performing internal teams while also overseeing outsourced and managed service provider resources.
Own and evolve the company’s enterprise data architecture, including data warehouse, data lake, ETL pipelines, reporting platforms, and master data.
Co-lead with the CIO the development and scaling of AI capabilities including copilots, predictive models, automation, and operational use cases.
Ensure strong data governance, security, quality, and stewardship across systems and business units.
Define KPIs, dashboards, and analytics that support business performance and decision‑making.
Manage budgets, technology investments, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.
Ensure adherence to project management best practices, including risk mitigation, change management, and communication plans.
Partner with business leadership to understand needs and define how IT systems can support growth and operational efficiency.
Serve as a member of the IT Leadership Team and provide counsel on enterprise technology strategy.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 15 years of corporate IT experience, including 10+ years leading ERP, BI, or enterprise data teams
Deep expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (primarily Finance & Operations; some manufacturing)
Strong experience with enterprise data platforms, ETL pipelines, data warehousing, and analytics
Experience leading enterprise AI initiatives, automation programs, or proof-of-concepts
Proven experience integrating acquired companies and harmonizing data, reporting, and processes
Experience overseeing enterprise application development teams and delivery processes
Working knowledge of modern architectures, SDLC, and integration patterns (hands-on coding not required)
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) from a governance and operating-model perspective
Demonstrated ability to manage hybrid teams (internal FTEs + outsourced / managed service partners)
Strong leadership and organizational skills across multiple technology disciplines
Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills
Experience with IT budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Global CE experience strongly preferred for future roadmap
Mergers and Acquisitions experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE
Oil and gas industry experience
Master’s degree in a relevant field
