Job Description
We are hiring IT Program Managers to join our organization. This is not a traditional PMO or coordination role. We’re looking for engineering minded, process driven leaders who have owned complex operational problems end to end and delivered real, scalable solutions across technology, operations, and training.
If your background is primarily task tracking or status reporting, this role will not be a fit. If you thrive in ambiguity, diagnose broken processes, design future state solutions, and drive measurable business outcomes—this role is built for you
What You’ll Do
As an IT Program Manager, you will own operational solutions—not just timelines. You will:
• Diagnose operational, process, and system gaps across Specialty Operations, including installation, on demand maintenance, logistics, supply chain, and sales adjacent workflows
• Design future state processes and operating models, including:
o Process mapping and gap analysis
o Controls, compliance, and scalability considerations
• Partner directly with IT, SAP/ERP teams, Operations, and Change Management to:
o Translate operational needs into system requirements
o Drive technology changes through delivery
o Ensure training and adoption are executed effectively
• Own programs end to end, including:
o Scope definition and execution
o Financial and timeline accountability
o KPI and benefit tracking
• Deploy solutions into live operations and drive continuous improvement post launch
• Act as the single owner of outcomes, ensuring solutions are implemented and sustained—not just identified
What Makes This Role Different
• You own the solution end to end—you don’t hand it off
• You design and implement processes, not just document them
• You operate across both product and program delivery models
