A client of Insight Global is looking for an IAM Engineer Senior to join their team. This person will be meeting with the application team, understanding requirements and explain the data they need to ingest in SailPoint. The Senior IAM Analyst provides advanced identity governance, access control, and compliance oversight across enterprise systems. This role serves as a subject-matter expert for Identity & Access Management (IAM), partnering with technology, risk, audit, and business teams to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable access solutions aligned with regulatory and security standards. This person will be leading the internal development team / junior resources if they are running into technical issues. This person will be providing senior team mentorship and learding the team i.e. managing technical aspects of the role / team.

Required Skills & Experience
• 4-5 years of hands on IAM experience
• Some experience (2 – 3 years) specifically with SailPoint App Onboarding
• Experience onboarding application with SailPoint – can be onprem or cloud
• Azure Devops
