Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to join the Program Management Office (PMO) and partner closely with Global Fulfillment Analytics, Product and Technology teams to enable effective delivery of product led initiatives and Advanced Analytics capabilities. This role flexes between PMO delivery leadership, Advanced Analytics, and hands on product support, helping product teams plan, coordinate, and execute complex initiatives while maintaining alignment to project priorities, delivery standards, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive PMO planning, governance, and execution for data product initiatives while coordinating closely with Product, Technology, and Analytics teams.
• Partner with data scientists and product leaders on roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, release planning, and cross team alignment.
• Lead delivery of complex, cross functional initiatives by managing dependencies, removing blockers, and aligning plans with technical and capacity constraints.
• Support Agile practices including sprint planning, milestone tracking, and cross product coordination.
• Manage risks, trade offs, and delivery health, providing clear executive reporting and driving timely escalation and resolution.
• Continuously improve delivery processes and document requirements for dashboards, data models, predictive tools, and decision support products.

Required Skills & Experience
• 4+ years of project, program, or delivery management experience in Agile, product led environments.
• Strong PMO governance, portfolio execution skills, and ability to lead complex cross functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
• Solid experience with analytics, data, or technology platforms, including understanding of data product lifecycles
• Proficient in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) with hands on experience using JIRA and Confluence.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills with the ability to translate technical complexity into clear delivery plans.
• Proven ability to assess risks, unblock work, and drive outcomes
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Interest in AI field
• Experience in retail or consumer focused organizations
• Agile or Project Management certification (PMP, PMI, SAFe)
• Experience working with Snowflake with ability to write SQL queries
• Experience with Databricks platforms or similar platforms
• Experience with MANH (Manhattan Associates) or similar warehouse management platforms (ex. Blue Yonder, SAP, Google Marketing platform)
