Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to lead the end‑to‑end development of a new digital product, taking a true 0–1 approach from early ideation through commercialization. This role will be responsible for shaping product vision, aligning cross‑functional teams, and ensuring the product delivers measurable business value.
The ideal candidate has successfully brought new digital products to market before and is comfortable owning not only product execution, but also financial performance, revenue outcomes, and overall product viability.

Own the full product lifecycle from idea generation through launch and commercialization
Partner closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define value propositions, and align on success metrics
Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI, Design, and other cross‑functional teams to translate ideas into shipped product
Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and priorities
Drive product discovery, requirements definition, and delivery execution
Ensure strong alignment between customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
Own financial management of the product, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
Be accountable for revenue generation and business outcomes associated with the product
Communicate progress, risks, and results clearly to leadership and stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

roven experience as a Digital Product Manager delivering products from 0–1 (ideation to launch)
Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams including Engineering, UX/UI, and business partners
Strong experience translating business needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps
Hands‑on experience owning product financials, including budgets, forecasts, and revenue performance
Clear track record of commercializing digital products and driving measurable business impact
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to balance strategic thinking with day‑to‑day execution
Experience being directly accountable for product success, not just delivery

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience launching products in Greensboro‑based, regional, or distributed teams
Background working closely with sales, marketing, or go‑to‑market teams
Experience in industries with clear revenue attribution to digital products
Comfort operating in ambiguous environments where structure needs to be created
Experience scaling a product post‑launch, not just getting it to market
Familiarity with modern product discovery and experimentation practices
