Job Description
The IDP Automation Product Owner III is responsible for defining and owning the vision, strategy, and execution of intelligent document processing (IDP) automation products across the organization.
Under limited supervision, this role leads high‑complexity automation products through the full product lifecycle—from ideation and development through optimization and end‑of‑life—while ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and technology standards.
This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, customers, and cross‑functional delivery teams, including architects, developers, and business analysts. The Product Owner drives innovation by translating document‑centric business needs into scalable automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. Responsibilities include backlog ownership, sprint coordination, roadmap execution, release planning, and continuous improvement of automation capabilities.
The Product Owner actively participates in design sessions, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder engagements to ensure solutions deliver measurable value, operational efficiency, and a strong customer experience. The role also champions best practices across portfolios and business units, leveraging data and analytics to guide prioritization and product decisions.

Required Skills & Experience
-Bachelor’s degree required
Five (5) to eight (8) years of experience in product ownership, product management, automation, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
-Proven experience managing high‑complexity products across the full product lifecycle, including enhancement decisions through end of life (EOL)
-Strong knowledge of intelligent document processing (IDP) technologies, including OCR, NLP, and machine learning, with a focus on Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse)
-Demonstrated ability to define product requirements, use cases, and user stories for automating document‑centric workflows
-Experience owning and prioritizing product backlogs and roadmaps to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and business value
-Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and hands‑on experience with tools such as Azure DevOps
-Ability to analyze customer preferences and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
-Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to identify and evaluate automation opportunities
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure solution performance using data, metrics, and KPIs
-Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate cross‑functional teams, including developers, architects, and analysts
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical automation concepts to non‑technical audiences
-Strong presentation skills and executive‑level communication capabilities
-Solid understanding of product lifecycle management, system development, business processes, and continuous improvement
-Financial and analytical acumen with strong attention to detail
-Strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to foster productive, collaborative stakeholder partnerships
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Advanced experience designing or scaling enterprise‑level IDP and automation solutions
-Background in AI‑driven automation, machine learning model integration, or advanced analytics
-Experience proliferating automation best practices across portfolios or multiple business units
-Prior leadership experience mentoring or guiding product owners or scrum teams
-Experience working in highly regulated or large‑enterprise environments
