Job Description
In this role, the individual is responsible for managing helpdesk communications, including phone and email inquiries. They ensure that any inquiries requiring specialized knowledge are directed to the appropriate Immunization Program staff. When necessary, they compile and distribute messages to ensure accurate and timely communication. The individual plays a key role in supporting over 320 Vaccines for Children (VFC) providers, assisting them with monthly inventory reconciliation, and managing on-hand inventory records. This includes verifying and updating both provider and end-user contact information, as well as ensuring that these records are accurate and up to date in the internal system and the provider database. In addition, the role requires a solid understanding of technical requirements across different browser types to address and resolve technical helpdesk issues. This involves investigating inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring that any system-related issues are promptly acknowledged and resolved to maintain the efficiency of the Immunization Program.

Required Skills & Experience
Must Have Qualifications:
• High school diploma
• 2+ years of IT Helpdesk/technical support experience
• Ability to collaborate with end users, vendors, and program staff
• Valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
