A client of Insight Global is looking to hire a Deposco Configuration & Support Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate is someone with hands-on Depasco experience to help configure the system, fix and troubleshoot issues, and support users. You’ll work remotely, handle tickets, and make sure Depasco runs smoothly day to day.

-Configure Depasco settings, users, roles, and workflows
-Troubleshoot system issues and fix errors quickly
-Respond to support tickets and keep users informed
-Document solutions, configurations, and common issues
-Support system updates, testing, and changes
-Work with internal teams to improve system performance
-Help users understand best practices and system features
