Job Description

Seeking a Salesforce Developer with experience implementing Service Cloud with a focus on Call Center Set-up. This includes configuring Genesys CCaaS call pop, softphone, click-to-dial, and queues and automation required for inbound call handling.
There is an instance of Service Cloud Voice also integrated to this environment. This role will require regression testing the existing implementation of Service Cloud Voice prior to and after deployment of Genesys Integration.
