Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a versatile Industrial Medical Provider to support a high-profile, globally recognized manufacturing facility in Tomahawk, WI. This individual will play a critical role across Medical, Injury Prevention, and Fitness departments, helping ensure employee safety, wellness, and operational readiness in a fast-paced industrial environment. The ideal candidate is adaptable, hands-on, and comfortable supporting a large workforce while delivering high-quality occupational health and wellness services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Deliver care in accordance with OSHA
-First Aid guidelines (outside full scope of licensure).
-Respond to workplace injuries and illnesses on the plant floor or within the onsite medical center.
-Administer vaccines and testing, including COVID-19 and influenza.
-Operate and maintain medical equipment such as EKGs, AEDs, and emergency response kits.
-Conduct pre-employment physicals, including:
Audiograms
Vision screenings
Urine drug screens
Medical questionnaires
-Perform return-to-work evaluations, including breath alcohol testing and drug screenings.
-Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with occupational health standards.

Required Skills & Experience
- LPN OR EMT License in Wisconsin
- Comfort working in a manufacturing plant/industrial environment
-BLS/CPR
- VERY Reliable and professional
