Job Description
We are looking for a Dynatrace Engineer with hands-on experience implementing and expanding an existing Dynatrace environment, emphasizing redesign and optimization. The engineer will work closely with application owners and end users to enhance monitoring coverage, integrations, and platform effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform hands-on implementation and configuration of Dynatrace, including redesigning and expanding an existing deployment.
• Collaborate with application owners and end users to integrate applications and validate monitoring functionality.
• Support troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution across monitored systems.
• Contribute to design and architecture decisions to improve scalability and effectiveness of the Dynatrace platform.
• Develop documentation and provide training to ensure successful adoption and ongoing use of the solution.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of hands-on Dynatrace implementation and configuration experience
• Familiarity with AWS environments
• Public sector experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• AWS Certification (cloud practitioner, security, etc)
• Dynatrace certification
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
