Job Description
We are looking for an OKTA Engineer with experience engineering and implementing an Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution using Okta, including migrating users and applications from ForgeRock. The engineer will lead hands-on platform setup, integrations, testing, and support while contributing to design, documentation, and training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and configure the Okta IAM platform, including standing up the environment and migrating users and applications from ForgeRock or other IAM solutions.
• Perform hands-on engineering work to integrate applications, manage authentication flows, and ensure secure access controls.
• Collaborate with end users and application owners to support integrations, conduct testing, and validate functionality.
• Contribute to IAM solution design and architecture, and troubleshoot issues across identity, access, and authentication workflows.
• Create documentation and provide training to support adoption, operational readiness, and ongoing use of the IAM platform.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of hands-on Okta implementation experience
• Familiarity with AWS environments
• Public sector experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• AWS Certification (cloud practitioner, security, etc)
• OKTA certification
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
