Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Supply Chain Information Systems Analyst to support a healthcare system’s supply chain technology environment. This person will support and optimize the ERP systems that power purchasing, inventory, and supply chain operations across the organization, working closely with Supply Chain and IT teams to provide day to day system support, troubleshoot issues, support integrations, and ensure end users can effectively perform their work.
This individual will primarily work within a Lawson / Infor S3 (FSM) environment, supporting procure to pay processes from requisition through receipt, as well as item master and vendor data, pricing, and contract management. The role includes supporting system integrations such as EDI, third‑party platforms like GHX and Craneware, mobile supply chain tools used in clinical areas, and downstream data interfaces into Oracle. Reporting and analysis responsibilities include working with SQL Server, Crystal Reports, and Tableau, while user requests and enhancements are tracked through ShareAll and Smartsheet. This is a hands on, collaborative role supporting a large supply chain user population and helping ensure the reliability of mission‑critical hospital operations.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience supporting supply chain information systems (healthcare/HIM strongly preferred)
Hands on enterprise ERP experience supporting, configuring, and troubleshooting systems
Techno-functional skill set bridging supply chain business processes and system functionality
Procure to pay knowledge on the supply chain side, from requisitioning through receiving
Supply chain systems experience managing item master, vendor, pricing, contracts, and mobile supply chain tools
EDI experience supporting and troubleshooting electronic transactions
Reporting and data experience using SQL Server and ERP reporting tools (Crystal/Lawson add‑ins)
End‑user support experience at scale, including ticket oversight and user training

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in a healthcare or HIM environment
Experience with Infor S3 / FSM (Lawson)
