Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Case Manager for one of our social services clients in Glassboro, NJ. This role involves providing managed care and help with life skills for youth aged 16-21. They will be working alongside the clinicians, residential managers, any state POCs, and family members. The case load includes 10 male clients and their families, and this person will administer life coaching and different group events, individual, family meetings to review how the person is doing in the center. This is an in-person position located in Glassboro, NJ with flexible schedule and hours.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related field
• 3 or more years' experience working with adolescent in any of the following settings: volunteer work, coaching for sports teams, tutoring, mentoring etc.)
• Must be comfortable driving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experienced with documentation
