Job Description
As a React Developer, you will design and build scalable, high-quality user interfaces for sourcing and supplier workflows on the One Source Platform. You’ll focus on performance, reliability, and usability, ensuring seamless system integration while reducing operational friction for sourcing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain React applications using TypeScript for the One Source Platform.
Develop intuitive, efficient user interfaces that reduce manual effort and eliminate dual data entry.
Create reusable, composable UI components to support platform standardization and system consolidation.
Write and maintain unit tests using Jest (or equivalent JS/TS testing frameworks) to ensure reliability across sourcing workflows.
Collaborate with backend, integration, and platform teams to support system leverage and codebase retirement.
Optimize front-end performance to support time-to-quote reduction and high-volume sourcing activity.
Participate in architecture decisions supporting regional rollout (US, Canada, Mexico) and future international expansion.
Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and front-end best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with React (hooks, functional components, modern patterns).
Proficiency in TypeScript for building robust, maintainable front-end applications.
Experience writing unit tests using Jest or other JS/TS testing libraries (e.g., Vitest, React Testing Library).
Solid understanding of front-end architecture, state management, and API integration.
Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams delivering enterprise-scale platforms.
Familiarity with performance optimization, modular UI design, and maintainable codebases.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience working in Nx and/or monorepo environments.
Strong knowledge of Webpack and modern front-end build tooling.
Familiarity with Module Federation, especially for micro-frontend or distributed UI architectures.
Experience supporting platform migrations or retiring legacy systems.
Exposure to internationalization (i18n) and region-specific UI considerations.
Experience with sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or enterprise workflow platforms.
