Job Description

This role supports the civil design needs of large, complex building campuses—often projects that require careful coordination across multiple engineering disciplines. The engineer in this position will contribute to planning and designing site features such as grading, drainage, utilities, and access routes while working closely with project managers, architects, and other engineering teams. The work blends technical design, documentation, and coordination with permitting agencies, all aimed at delivering reliable and resilient infrastructure for high‑performance facilities.
- Develop site layouts, grading plans, drainage systems, and utility routing for major building sites
- Produce engineering calculations and supporting documentation for stormwater, earthwork, and water/wastewater demand
- Assist with permitting packages and interface with local and state regulatory agencies
- Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and technical reports
- Serve as a project engineer or technical specialist on mid‑sized facility‑focused assignments
- Support cross‑disciplinary coordination to ensure civil design integrates smoothly with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems
