Job Description
• Inspections & Repairs: Locate, diagnose, and repair leaks, defects, and damage on commercial roofs.
• System Knowledge: Expertly work with EPDM, PVC, TPO, BUR, and metal roofing systems.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, such as cleaning drains, gutters, and sealing penetrations.
• Documentation: Complete detailed work orders, take job photos, and estimate materials/labor.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company and OSHA safety regulations, including fall protection.
• Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, explaining repairs and, when needed, selling additional services.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience
• Working knowledge with commercial roofing systems, including BUR, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and metal
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, work at heights, and work in various weather conditions.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used for roofing.
• This is a field-based position requiring travel between different customer sites daily.
• Requires working outdoors in high/low temperatures.
