Job Description

A partner of Insight Global is looking for a production team lead to join their team. The team lead coordinates the duties of team members and serves as the ranking team member in the absence of the supervisor. Monitors performance, and coaches, and provides training to all associates. Ensures that associates are consistently meeting daily objectives and frequently assists in the production of photovoltaic cells following required safety and quality standards as directed by supervisor. Responds to production issues by pursuing and implementing solutions. Support the vision, mission, and guiding principles of the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 3 - 5 years of experience in a manufacturing production setting.
• Effective communication skills and ability to self-manage.
• Effective leadership skills.
• Efficient Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Skills.
• Proven decision-making skills.
• Solid people skills with a positive attitude and ability to treat all team members respectfully.
