A client of Insight Global is transforming the locksmith industry with cutting edge robotics and mobile service technology. We’re looking for a skilled Mobile Ops Technician to provide on site automotive key cutting and programming from a fully equipped service van. This hands on role requires technical precision, independence, and strong customer interaction.
Responsibilities:
• Cut, clone, and program automotive keys, fobs, and remotes
• Diagnose and resolve key programming issues in real time
• Test keys for accuracy and functionality before delivery
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory in the mobile van
• Interact professionally with customers and explain services clearly

Compensation: $24-26/hr. Exact compensation will depend on experience.

Required Skills & Experience
• Professional experience cutting and programming automotive keys
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced, mobile environment
• Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy
• Customer focused with clear communication skills
• Comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, and POS systems
