• Strong hands‑on experience with Citrix NetScaler (ADC)
• Deep experience supporting Citrix virtual applications, including XenApp application virtualization
• Proven background in application delivery, publishing, and lifecycle support
• Experience supporting production environments with high availability and uptime requirements
• Ability to work independently
• Strong troubleshooting skills across networking, application, and access layers
Comfortable operating in fast‑moving environments with changing priorities (M&A, growth, expansion)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Nice to Have
• Island secure browser experience (hands‑on support strongly preferred)
• Experience with Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) or similar secure access platforms
• Background supporting secure or regulated environments (healthcare, finance, etc.)
Experience supporting large‑scale or multi‑tenant Citrix environments
