Job Description
CAD/Design and manufacture basic jigs/fixtures for testing
Utilize manual mill/lathe, CNC machines, and 3D Printers
Harness schematic creation
Harness assembly
PCBA soldering and component modification
Assemble electromechanical subsystems without full documentation
Collaborate with R&D Engineers and Test/Validation Engineers to identify and solve complex problems
Assist with Test designs and Test implementation
Document issues and/or assembly processes to be utilized by production technicians as needed

Required Skills & Experience
Proven hands-on skills and electromechanical aptitude
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
Excellent problem-solving skills
Electrical and/or Mechanical Technician certifications are a plus
Proficient in using hand tools and torque devices
Initiative and self-motivation - ability to work with little supervision
Collaborative nature with the ability to work in a team environment
Basic computer skills
Good written communication
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
