Our Consumer Health R&D Development Center in Morristown, NJ is expanding. We’re looking for a Senior Scientist, Analytical Development to support the creation and advancement of over‑the‑counter products across Allergy, Cough & Cold, Pain, and Cardio categories.
Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods
Lead analytical laboratory work supporting
pre‑formulation, formulation development, technology transfer, clinical studies, and stability programs
Document experiments and results in lab notebooks, ELN, and LIMS
Manage analytical activities with minimal supervision, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
Communicate analytical plans, progress, and findings to cross‑functional teams
Author analytical methods, specifications, validation reports, experimental summaries, and SOPs/OIs
Perform GMP‑compliant reviews of method development, validation, transfer, and testing activities
Partner with analysts to review data and recommend improvements in documentation and practices
Support additional project needs as assigned

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of pharmaceutical analytical lab experience
OR Master’s degree (or higher) with 5+ years of experience
Hands‑on experience with Waters & Agilent HPLC/UPLC and USP Type 1 & 2 dissolution
Strong understanding of analytical chemistry and chromatography
Ability to troubleshoot analytical methods and testing issues
Solid knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and analytical documentation practices
Proficiency with Waters Empower 3 CDS
