Job Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator will support the development and execution of multi‑platform email and social media campaigns for a variety of consumer‑focused clients. This role requires strong copywriting skills, an understanding of U.S. audience trends, and the ability to collaborate closely with leadership to drive effective digital marketing results.

Role Responsibilities:
60-70% of their time-->
- Copy writing for email campaigns, social media content, and other digital marketing assets.
Remaining 40-30% of time -->
- Campaign planning and interpreting creative briefs
- Conducting A/B testing, analyzing performance data, and coordinating with team to ensure alignment on messaging and execution.
- Collaborating with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency in all campaigns.
- Engaging with social media audiences by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
-Schedule:
Monday- Friday 9:00am - 5pm US-based Time zone (either EST, CST, MST or PST)

Required Skills & Experience
Experience supporting email marketing and social media marketing execution using well‑known platforms (including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and Pinterest)
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Buffer).
Exceptional written English proficiency, strong copywriting abilities.
A portfolio demonstrating copy writing work created for marketing campaigns.
Experience conducting A/B tests.
Collaborating with project manager, CMO and jr. Designers
Interpreting client needs to guide campaign planning and execution.
Experience supporting multiple brands or agencies marketing.
Familiarity with U.S. market trends, and strong media literacy.
Prior experience collaborating with US based clients or companies and writing content designed to engage U.S. audiences.
Ability to balance competing deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Coachable, curious, collaborative, and open to feedback.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelors Degree
- Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus
