Job Description
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW or LCISW) at provides mental health services to adults and/or adolescents experiencing substance use disorders, mental health conditions, and co‐occurring diagnoses. This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to build therapeutic relationships, and a commitment to ethical, evidence‐based practice. The clinician will work collaboratively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support recovery, emotional stability, and improved quality of life. This position will start off as a part time role, helping the clinic kick off and begin expanding their mental health services, and as they expand their patient pool.

Required Skills & Experience
LCSW or LICSW
MSW (Masters in Social Work)
Bilingual with English and Spanish
2+ years of experience working with Mental Health
Familiarity and understanding of substance abuse
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Ability to prescribe medications
