Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a part‑time Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) to deliver onsite occupational health services at multiple employer locations throughout southeastern Wisconsin. This is a hands‑on, autonomous role supporting manufacturing and industrial clients with injury care, wellness services, and regulatory‑driven occupational health needs.
The provider will float between sites and collaborate closely with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) teams, athletic trainers, and Health leadership
1p-5p Tuesdays, 12:15p-4:15p Thursday, and 6p-12a Thursday.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage work‑related injuries and illnesses
- Conduct occupational health physicals, screenings, and assessments
- Provide acute care, including injury evaluations, return‑to‑work determinations, mobile X‑ray ordering/interpretation, and symptom management
- Support occupational health services such as audiograms, vaccine clinics, post‑offer/pre‑employment evaluations, biometrics, lab reviews, and respirator fit testing
- Perform clinical procedures including venipuncture, vaccinations, suturing/stapling, splinting, foreign body removal, TB testing, and EKG interpretation
- Deliver patient education, wellness coaching, and lead onsite wellness initiatives
- Ensure accurate documentation and clinic compliance
- Travel between client sites throughout the greater Milwaukee area (primarily along the I‑94 corridor)

Required Skills & Experience
- Active Wisconsin PA or NP license
- BLS certification (AHA required)
- Reliable transportation for multi‑site coverage
