Insight Global is looking for a Lead to join one of our Financial Clients in Jersey City, NJ .We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to support a long term, large scale modernization initiative focused on the Ledger and associated financial platforms for one of our financial clients. This person must have change management experience with scope, timeline, budget, deliverables, while also helping people adapt to those changes. Responsible to provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule. This individual will manage the financials and assists with resource planning for the program and provide input to define/improve the Change Management. This role is open to 3x onsite in Jersey City, NJ.

Required Skills & Experience
• Ability to manage complex project(s) simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong problem solving skills, excellent analytical and presentation skills; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable presentations / reports and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients
• Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines
• 5+ years project management, change management, PMO, or similar experience
• Experience delivering enterprise-wide transformation initiatives for an IT application
• Knowledgeable on Agile and SDLC processes

• Good with Budget management.
